I am an attorney with 13 years of experience helping clients design creative solutions to their legal problems. I represent adults in family court and divorce matters. I also help institutions of higher education to build their Title IX-compliant misconduct proceedings, and I serve as hearing officer, procedural advisor, appeals board chair, and investigator. As an attorney for children, I represent children in abuse, neglect, custody, and divorce proceedings.

    As hearing officer, conduct hearings and make determinations of responsibility for allegations of sexual harassment, sexual assault, and relationship violence made by and against students, employees, and faculty. Serve as university-assigned procedural advisor. Conduct investigations and draft reports.

    Represent children in abuse, neglect, juvenile delinquent, divorce, custody, and family offense matters.
  • City of Syracuse, Bureau of Administrative Adjudication
    Administrative Law Judge, Appeals Panel 
    Hear and make determination on appeals of decisions of property owners in connection with housing violations.
  • Assigned Counsel for Mental Hygiene Legal Services 
    Represent convicted sex offenders in Mental Hygiene Law Article 10 annual review of confinement.
